State Restrictions

Destination restrictions that apply to Vaprzon orders. Eligibility depends on the product and delivery address.

Important: The online sale and shipment of vapor products are heavily regulated, and the rules vary by state, county, and city. The information below explains where Vaprzon can and cannot ship, and the requirements that apply to every order. These laws change frequently — if you are unsure about your area, please contact our team before ordering.

Federal Requirements (PACT Act)

Under the federal Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, every vapor product shipped to a U.S. consumer must meet the following requirements:

  • 21+ adult signature required. A person 21 years or older must be present at delivery and provide a government-issued photo ID and signature.
  • Age verification at checkout and again at the point of delivery.
  • No P.O., APO, or FPO boxes. These addresses cannot be used for vapor products.
  • A carrier adult-signature fee is included on every order.

States We Cannot Ship To

Because of state laws that restrict the direct-to-consumer shipment and/or online sale of vapor products, Vaprzon cannot ship vape products to the following states:

  • New York
  • Arkansas
  • Maine
  • New Hampshire
  • Oregon
  • Utah
  • Vermont

Orders with a delivery address in these states cannot be completed. If direct-to-consumer delivery becomes available in your area, we will notify you by email.

Areas Without Delivery Service

We currently do not have a regional carrier able to deliver vapor products to:

  • Alaska (AK)
  • Hawaii (HI)

Licensed vape or tobacco shops in these areas may be able to order business-to-business through our supplier — please call us at (813) 867-4848.

Local & City Restrictions

  • San Francisco, CA: Due to a city ordinance, we cannot ship vapor products to San Francisco.

Other counties and municipalities may restrict flavored vapor products or online sales. Orders can be blocked at checkout based on the delivery ZIP code.

Additional State-Specific Notes

  • California: The California Electronic Cigarette Excise Tax (CECET) is added to orders shipped to California.
  • New Jersey: Promotional discounts and deals are not available on orders shipped to New Jersey, per state regulation.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Vaprzon. Age is verified at checkout, and a 21+ adult signature is required at delivery nationwide.
