You must be 21 or older to purchase. Your age is verified at checkout, and again at delivery, where a 21+ adult must be present to show a government-issued photo ID and sign for the package. A few states and certain cities or ZIP codes are restricted, so if we cannot ship to your address the order will be blocked at checkout.

Applicable state and local sales tax, along with any state vape or excise taxes, is calculated at checkout and varies by state and locality. Orders received before 2:30pm EST Monday through Friday normally ship the same day, and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday normally ship the following Monday.

Typical delivery takes 4 to 14 days, since orders move through smaller regional carriers from the carrier to a local hub and then to your door. Keep in mind that every vape delivery requires a 21+ adult to be present with a government-issued photo ID to sign for the package. For added peace of mind, optional Route package protection can be added at checkout to cover lost, damaged, or stolen orders.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 delivering within the 48 contiguous US states, where carriers offer reasonable fees. The $75 is based on your product total before any discounts, tax, the adult-signature fee, and shipping are applied.

A couple of things to note: orders containing 60ml Bundles are not eligible for free shipping, and some areas have a higher free-shipping threshold because certain carriers charge a higher base cost. You can see the full details on our shipping policy page.

When promotions are running, you can apply eligible offers at checkout and your discount will be reflected in your total before tax and fees.

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 that deliver within the 48 contiguous US states, in areas where our carriers offer reasonable fees. The $75 threshold is based on your product total before any discounts, tax, adult-signature fees, and shipping are applied.

A couple of exclusions to keep in mind: orders containing 60ml Bundles are not eligible for free shipping, and some areas have a higher free-shipping threshold because certain carriers have a base cost upwards of $30. If a higher threshold or shipping fee applies to your address, you will always see it at checkout before you pay.

This is how we confirm, a second time, that our products only reach adults 21 and over. A carrier adult-signature fee is included on every order.

Because every delivery needs a signature from an adult, we are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. Please use a street address where a 21+ adult can receive the package.

We offer optional Route package protection, which you can add at checkout. Route is only in effect if it was purchased with your order, and it covers orders that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

If you added Route and need to file a claim, claims are typically reviewed within 1 to 2 business days of filing. You will need your store order number or Route ID along with the email address used on the order. If you have any trouble, please reach out and we will help you get it sorted.

Some cities and counties have their own rules that go beyond statewide restrictions, including limits on flavored products or online sales. To stay compliant, we may block orders at checkout based on the delivery ZIP code.

For example, a San Francisco, California city ordinance prevents us from shipping vapor products to that city. If your order was stopped at checkout, it is because your delivery address falls within an area we are not able to ship to.

It depends on the reason for the return. Non-defective, fully functional products aren't accepted for return, and if a non-defective return is arranged, the customer covers the return shipping.
